Claims and returns

After fifteen days from receipt of the goods, FM ILUMINACION S.L.U. will not admit any type of claim. After these 15 days in the case of return of the goods the product will have a 5% depreciation. No return of merchandise that has not been authorized in writing by FM ILUMINACION S.L.U. 

In no case will be paid special items or items that are not in force at the current rate. Returns of orders for special models or finishes other than those described in our catalog are NOT allowed. 

FM ILLUMINATION S.L.U. is not responsible for those products that have been previously handled or that have suffered an improper use. In the replacements and breaks FM ILLUMINATION S.L.U. will be responsible for the delivery of these with charge, making the relevant payment to the entry of the merchandise.


What is the difference between standard cord braiding and ECO cord braiding?

Some models of the DRUM and BANYO collections have the option of choosing between these two braids. The only difference is the use of the amount of cord, with the ECO having the least amount of metres, making it more economical.



Can I order more cable in the suspension models?

Yes, for an extra charge, we add metres of cable. Generally, the suspension models come with 2 metres of cable as standard, but we recommend consulting the technical data sheet of each model to check this information and calculate if the cable length is enough for your needs.

Can I create an account?

We regret to inform you that our business model is B2B, i.e. we can only sell to professional customers. As such, only this type of user can have access to an account. 



How can I buy your products?

We sell our products through our own distributors. If you tell us your city, we can redirect you to a distributor of Ole! brand. Contact us through the " Contact form" indicating your city of residence so that we can indicate your nearest shop.



I have been to a shop that has your products, but they don't have the one I like on the web.

No problem. Although they are not displayed in the shop, all our customers can purchase any of our products. You will not be able to see it live, but you will be able to consult information and prices in the shop.

NOTE: If you do not keep the product, you will have to pay the shipping costs. Agree sales conditions with our distributors.




Can I buy a customized lamp?

Yes, either through a shop or with your interior designer or architect. Tell them your needs and they will consult with factory about the possibility of making it and the price. As we are manufacturers and have our own design department, we can advise on studies or customise the product to meet the requirements of the project.
